Under ONE STAR Service
The service in the store is 100% BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HQ is no better then a one star, when I was in the store a pair of trousers was ordered by the manager so I paid for them and was told I would have them within 7 days, I called HQ Customer Services and was told by Tom there had been a mistake and it would take IT 7 days to look into it and then maybe another 7 to 10 days to get them to me or if I wanted a refund it would take 14 days to sort that out. Not good
