I Purchased a berghaus air4 tent carpet. When opening the carpet we noticed there were leaves and a big purple stain on the carpet, obviously been used. I informed go outdoors and was instructed to return the carpet for a refund, all I wanted was a replacement carpet, but this is not there policy. After 22 days, several phone calls and threatening legal action I got my money refunded. I feel totally disgusted with service I received from the CUSTOMER CARE TEAM, if this is how they look after there customers, I'm glad I will never be one again.
