Have been trying for 6 weeks now to have the missing items from my order to be delivered. Hermes delivered the Coleman’s event shelter but the 2 sun walls I ordered with it were not delivered. I contacted go outdoors immediately and I was sent a form to complete which I did. That was 6 weeks ago.
Go outdoors you need to send me my items and deal with Hermes separately. As your customer you have a duty to honour the order. I’m not happy having to constantly chase and getting no where.
