Took my bike in after seeing the free service offer for cardholders. Jack T went through the service, taking good care to sort out some minor issues along the way. He went beyond the basic service to sort out simple things beside the service and replaced a tyre (which was splitting - this was extra, of course, but I hadn't noticed it had got so bad).
