Arrived today at the Newcastle store to purchase hundreds of pounds worth of camping equipment. We need everything from a stove, chairs, beds, cooler box, water carrier etc. All bulky stuff so need a trolley. Couldn't find a single one. I asked a member of staff who just shrugged and said none were available. I spotted and empty one and asked if I could use that and she said no she was using it! I hope whatever you paid her for her shift today was worth it because she lost you a sale. I asked another member of staff who again just said none available. I looked around and it wasn't like many people had trolleys so they mustn't have many. This is precisely why people purchase from Amazon and stores are closing down!
