Ordered a BBQ online from gooutdoors.co.uk. 11 days later after numerous text saying it's being processed and also contacting customer support to be told it was being processed. Now currently on the phone to them having being told the order hasn't even arraived at the warehouse... WTF??? I've now been told that the orders been sent to the warehouse and will be sent as a priority. Disappointing service.
