I ordered two fleeces in October of 2020 after 1 month of missed delivery dates I emailed and asked when my package would be delivered they said it was not sent due to a tech issue but it should be sent asap.
At this point I lost interest and asked for my money back. Once that email was sent they stopped responding it has been 9 months since the initial purchase and still no refund or items
