Ordered some stuff for collection. Took over 10 days to be ready when it was just sitting on shelves in store. Then sent some very odd emails blaming me for them dispatching an order I had cancelled.
It's been almost a month now and I've yet to receive a refund. The goods I ordered gave never been received by myself. They don't seem to trust themselves to return their own goods to their warehouse.
Customer service is atrocious.
