Ordered jacket online, after 10 days no communication from them except email adverts. I phoned them on day 10 in accordance with their contract terms and conditions which do not seem to follow UK Consumer Contract Regulations- I was informed that the order was cancelled by them! They had not informed me nor actioned a refund. The poor customer care advisor was very apologetic, and a refund was initiated straight away. She does not deserve to be front of house for such a dismal organisation.
