Avoid buying anything from them online. Absolute shambles. 3 weeks after ordering a Rab jacket, still not arrived. Phoned customer services, they told me that they had contacted the store and that the jacket was now out for delivery to me - wrong! Another week and the jacket still hasn’t arrived. Emailed them today, no reply but email from PayPal informing me that I have just been refunded £86.
Looks like the company is going under, beware.
