They cancelled my order before dispatch due to a systems issue, when I called about a refund, they said they'd given it and PayPal must not have passed it on and there was nothing more they could do.
I also had another order with them where they cancelled but refunded the out of stock items but not the discount card, which never turned up. Just as well as I have no use for it.
I would not recommend these cowboys to anyone and will never shop there again.
