I ordered a garment on line, paid for it and received an email to say it would be 3-5 days. Now 5 days on and nothing. The carrier has only just collected it from wherever it was stocked to be delivered to my local store. Really frustrating because I wanted it for my holiday. In store, customer service is mediocre and the range of products isn’t what it used to be. Disappointing experience
