I ordered 6 dry bags, out of which 2 had a broken top band on them. I emailed customer service and they said take them back to a store. My nearest store is 67 miles away, I asked if I could post them to someone, was told no. I explained why, was told that they can't examine the bags at the warehouse, I explained that I was a long way from the nearest shop. They asked for pictures, I sent them pictures, they said they would contact me within 5 days. 8 days later I rang them, I was told I had to send them to a store. I went through the whole thing again and was told that the pictures hadn't been looked at. After more than half an hour on the phone, I was told that they would be collected, we set a date and I was told I would be sent an email telling me what to do. No email, no collection and now 2 days after the collection day. I've been told by friends of similar experiences. Go Outdoors customer service is utterly useless. I will never buy anything from them again.
I wouldn't give them any stars but that isn't an option
