I had a pair of Royal Scot wellies which had split and were letting in water.
I got in touch with Go outdoors and they told me to take them to a store to be inspected, so i took them to my local store which was Stocksbridge.
A member of staff examined them and confirmed that they were faulty, then she told me to go and dry out the neoprene lining inside the Wellington as it was a health and safety issue, then when I had done that I was to take them to the Sheffield branch, some 12 miles away. CRAZY.
