We ordered some storage boxes that arrived very badly damaged. The first interaction was good in terms of destroy the damaged boxes and we will send you new ones or refund. We went for the boxes being resent. These arrived promptly even more badly damaged than the first lot, the courier refused to take them back even though I said I would not accept the delivery " as it had gone off his machine" - wouldn't get paid for the delivery more like....but I digress...customer service then gave me the option of returning to my nearest store ( a 50 minute round trip) OR paying for the return at one of the collection points...I sent pictures proving the damage and the first time was offered a refund, why do I now have to pay either in petrol or physically to send them back....more importantly why was I made to accept a substandard product on delivery. Shame as store experiences on the whole good
