Bought a back pack for Duke of Edinburgh. The bag only got used for 3 days of bronze and three days on silver, by the first day of the gold the shoulder straps had frayed off.
The store supervisor and manager both said they couldn’t do anything as it’s 3 years old, even though they could see it was immaculate and understood it was only used for 6 days. The advise to contact customer service was useless as the phone number has been disconnected. Customer service is of no use and the product expensive and unusable.
