Having waited 2 week s I phoned today to see were my order, which was paid for in full, to be told that the item had been cancelled and I had been credited. My question was how have you credited me when I paid in cash, the response was for me to phone "Customer Service" and they didn't have a number, I should go online to find it.
On speaking to customer service the order was cancelled, didn't know why I didn't get an email telling me as such, (I do get daily sales emails though). The only way I can get a credit is to go to the store, a 40 mile round trip., to collect the cash.
Absolute joke.
