Bought a £200 rent recently during Black Friday event. Tent was paid for and shipped. Delivered by Evri….. to completely the wrong address. No idea where and no sign of it with neighbours or nearby. Evri said contact go outdoors. Go outdoors response was “ we picked it and shipped it. It was delivered by Evri. Claim rejected”
So apparently if you order anything it’s at your own risk…. Which is illegal under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act.
Don’t waste your time buying anything from these utter scam artists.
