Placed order, that said was in stock and was 3-5 day delivery took over 2 weeks to hear anything. Finally 2 and half weeks later get a email saying it's been dispatched, we are now on 3 weeks and still hasn't turned up.
Sent 2 emails to customer services and haven't had any response.
