I ordered a tent package online for next day collection at the belfast store,I rang next day store said 5-7 working days for collection (how is that next day collection?)
Waited 7 working days store then said not here noting to do with them i contacted customer service with absolutely no reply?
3 Weeks later and 20 phone calls and 45 emails i get a refund
They are an absolute joke and this is the truth
