I can't thank Josh and the Store manager at the Plymouth store enough. We purchased a Vango Verona Tent earlier on in the year from our Gloucester Store, when we arrived on holiday to pitch the tent we found 3 out of the 6 Airbeams had faults, We tried to keep the tent up as much as possible until we could contact someone the following day but completely collapsed on us during the night. 1 phone call to the nearest store which was in Plymouth ( we were in Newquay) and Josh said he would talk to the manager and get something sorted. We arrived a few hrs later and Andy the Manager said he hadn't got the exact one we purchased but could provide us with a exchange. We were so grateful and came away with a Areodome pro II tent, Its a fantastic tent easy to pitch and we feel a much better than our previous one we purchased ( location code 1365) Thank you to Josh & Andy for great customer service
