I shopped at Sunderland. I met an amazing assistant called Lou. She was most helpful while I tried to decide and compare waterproof jackets.
Then she came and helped me choose walking boots. having found several pairs of my size. Later found her and she got the correct size of fleece from the storage room.
She was wonderful. I would like to draw your attention to her. she needs praise indeed. I was such a lovely shopping experience.
