Theresa at Gooutdoors in Hanley today was expert.
She was obviously extremely knowledgeable about the walking shoes that I needed. She described their features very quickly and professionally.
She had lots of self and humour without being gushing or over selling and desperate.
I had immediate confidence in her salesmanship and expertise and I will be coming to her again for advice about all sorts of stuff that I need from Gooutdoors .
Just brilliant. Hope she has some advice about tents 😂😂
