I wish that I'd had looked at the reviews on here before parting with money for a new bike! I ordered a new bike at the beginning of June. I appreciate that there is huge demand for bikes at the moment so I knew that there may be a delay in it being delivered. As other contributors have reported, it is impossible to get any clarification as to the bike's whereabouts. It is impossible to speak to anyone for clarification and you end up in a never ending circle of emails, automated faq's and dead ends. I would not bother ordering anything from them as they do not take any responsibility for sorting it out. Dreadful experience.
