AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered some climbing equipment for click & collect on 30th May, website said that items were in stock at Gloucester store. Didn't receive any text messages so assumed as website said items were in stock I would go to store and see if I could collect.
Told by store that items ordered on-line are dispatched from warehouse to store, even if store has those items (which they did and as I needed them had to pay again).
Went home cancelled order, still waiting (16th July 2020) for a refund.
Customer service is appalling, constantly being fobbed off with lies, half truths and incompetence. Constant emailing as you can't reach them via phone.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
