Never again !!, ordered a jacket on the 1st July. Got confirmation email to say it was in stock. Got a second email on the 5th July to say my parcel was now with the couriers "Hermes". 14th July not heard a word so chased with Go Outdoors. Spent hours trying to contact both Go outdoors and "Hermes". Got a reply from Go Outdoors saying they aim responded within 48 hours, no they didn't. Hermes tracker kept saying "Sorry for the delay", will be with you in 24 hours.
Found the CEO's email address and sent him an email on the 17th July. Got a missed call on the 18th from the executive complaint person. They refunded my money to Paypal saying the parcel has been lost. Never again will I deal with this inept pair of organisations. Customer care contact is non-existent.
