Shocking.
Ordered a fishing chair, ticked a box for 1 hour collection. Arrived at the store, they are out of stock.
I had 3 more messages over 3 days to tell me the chair was ready for collection.
Upon arrival, 'again' still out of stock!
Customer care team are passing me around each other, every email from a different person.
I can see there will be NO resolution to this, I believe the policy is to pass me around and make me give up.!
Worst online experience ever.
Shameful.
