I took an item back to the Doncaster store on 9th July and was told that as it had been paid by PayPal it would be about 3 weeks before I got a refund. After 5 weeks I got in touch querying where the refund was to be told that after the 3 weeks I should've phoned for the refund to be auctioned (communication of this fact would've been welcome on the 9th!). I was assured that it had been done and I should see the refund in 24 hours. 3 days later I emailed again to see what the issue was to be told it was ready but whoever I had spoke to hadn't processed it but rest assured it had been done now and I should see a refund within 24 hours (ah, that old chestnut!). 2 days ago I sent yet another email pretty much losing my $hit and informed them I wanted to escalate this to a manager....still waiting. Do not use this company, their customer service is diabolical, their word means nothing, why would you trust a company that doesn't care about its customers?
