Couldn’t have been more straightforward. I entered my computer info into the site, they gave a quote to buy it from me that was slightly higher than other services I checked, they sent me a FedEx shipping label, I dropped it off at a FedEx collection point and within a week, they had Venmo’d me the full amount they quoted.
From discovery of their site to me paid was 6 days total. Awesome service.
