“The transaction was very smooth. The company is reputable. I sent my laptop in and it is tracked the whole time. Upon receiving it, they email you to notify you that they have received it and let you know that they will look it over and give you their decision the next day. The next day they paid me the exact amount they quoted me and it was sent directly to my PayPal account. Simple and easy! They also gave me the most money of anyone on the internet. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very smooth and easy process! Everything went just as I was told it would even after my daughter didn’t remove the iCloud as she told me she had! They emailed and were awesome about the error.
