“The transaction was very smooth. The company is reputable. I sent my laptop in and it is tracked the whole time. Upon receiving it, they email you to notify you that they have received it and let you know that they will look it over and give you their decision the next day. The next day they paid me the exact amount they quoted me and it was sent directly to my PayPal account. Simple and easy! They also gave me the most money of anyone on the internet. I would definitely recommend.”

“Very smooth and easy process! Everything went just as I was told it would even after my daughter didn’t remove the iCloud as she told me she had! They emailed and were awesome about the error. “I am very pleased with my dealing with Go Roostr. The price offered me and subsequently paid me was more than the trade-in Apple would allow. Albeit, not much difference but enough for me to decide to sell my older Apple product and replace it with a new model from elsewhere. That was not possible with Apple. As I say, our interactions were clean, clear and punctual. I would recommend that Go Roostr be the go-to company for anyone wishing to dispose of an older product for a reasonable compensation.”
