“Got an online quote, took laptop to fedex, got paid the exact amount I was quoted. Transparency- the one day pay thing was accurate- but if you wanna be VERY specific the company received my device at noon one day then paid the next day. Not same day pay, but one business day pay, still not bad. I’m happy with the experience and I would certainly do it again.”

“Had a dead MacBook Pro that was unrepairable. Reached out to Go Roostr and they patiently and courteously answered all my questions and explained their process. I received the pre-paid Fedex label, boxed up the dead MBPro, shipped, got confirmation, then promptly paid what they quoted. Happy with this service.”

“Go Roostr had the best offer price I could find. I had never heard of them, but decided to take the chance. They confirmed receipt of the MacBook the day they got it and then paid the next day. They also noticed that I gave them a business PayPal account which would have triggered a fee. They actually gave me a heads up so I could change it to my personal Venmo. Great personal service.”

“My Macbook Pro died of disk failure. Was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. I was going to just recycle locally but discovered GoRoostr in a google search. Figure WTH, entered my info, got a FedEx label, sent it off and boom! $$$ to me, as quoted and quickly paid. So I sent them my old iPhone XR. If you have old electronics sitting around gathering dust, working or not, see what they're worth @ GoRoostr!”
