This company is AMAZING. My laptop had water spilled on it and wouldn’t turn on, but was otherwise in absolutely perfect condition. Not a scratch. Working charger, original box, the whole nine yards. Every other place offered me literally $0. They offered me $179. I was skeptical, but with every other place being $0, I didn’t have anything to lose. It was the simplest thing I’ve ever done. They gave me a label, I took it to FedEx, and that was it. They received it today, processed it today, and paid me today. The entire amount. I thought surely they’d try to say it was worth less than they quoted and they didn’t. I am entirely pleased with this whole experience. Best thing I’ve ever done.
