Go Roostr was amazing with communication in regard to selling my Macbook Pro. When we had issues with deactivating my iCloud account, the representative who contacted me and walked me through trying to troubleshoot it was very detailed and clear. When we could not resolve the problem with initial means, he made sure the process that followed was clearly defined and reassuring. Payment was super prompt and shipping the device was easy.
