Great company! The process was super easy. They provide you with a shipping label to send in your laptop and send you communication when they receive it, and when they've processed your payment. I chose the Venmo option so I received payment the day after they received my Macbook. I would recommend Roostr to anyone wanting to make a few bucks off their old laptop.
