I was very skeptical at first as I have not heard of this company. But since Apple is unwilling to offer me a better trade in deal, I decided to take a chance with Go Roostr. The experience was seamless. The only real work I need to do was to pack my MacBook into a box and drop it at fedex. That’s it! The communication was timely as well. They dropped me email as and when they received it, processing it, and eventually when payment is made.
