I wanted to trade in an older model Macbook Pro, and I eventually went with Go Roosr because they offered the most money compared to other third party vendors and Apple's trade in program (TLDR, trade in value with Apple is abysmal).
The process was pretty seamless -- I just needed to ship the device to Go Roostr, and by the time they received the package, Go Roostr sent my payment within the next 1-2 days.
