I really was not nervous at all. The staff, both ground crew and instructors were excellent , putting you at ease and helping you with questions and putting you at ease if you are unhappy. I went up to 10 thousand feet and I was strapped to the instructor it really gives you the confidence that nothing untoward should happen. The free falling is lovely. When the parachute is pulled ,although I expected it ,the surge upwards was so strong. The rest of the fall down was lovely. Looking round all the scenery. I felt really tired when I actually landed, but a great experience. By the way, I am a 75 year old female who was getting sponsorship for Dementia, and raised £1,240. !!
