All the staff I encountered or had dealings with both in the booking and pre-experience arrangements and on the day of the skydive at Old Sarum Park were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. The instructors and the preparations/training and the flight and ground crews were very good throughout and the efficiency of the multi-media staff dealing with the optional photo/video was also good - I had my memory stick containing my pictures and had a quick preview within about 15-20 minutes of landing. All helped to make this a brilliant experience, although at my age (67) I will probably not hurry to repeat it - too much adrenalin!
