Staff were really helpful on the day, very quick and safely got everyone up and down from the sky's. Was pleased with the service I got from one particular member of your staff, think her name was Lois. Helped with me my change of jump height, also gave good advice about the jump and her experience, overall a brilliant day, great team work!
