Our driver was wonderful and the pickup and drop off were smooth and ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work during our trip and only put out warm air which made for an unpleasant ride. The driver did apologize for the issue but for the price I would have expected a more comfortable cabin.
