Driver from Geneva was amazing - friendly and professional. He pointed out the water bottles and asked us to let him know if we needed a break. He drove efficiently and understood the roads. We were all very happy with the journey. The driver for the return was totally different. He text to say he had arrived but he wasn’t at the correct address. There was no water in the vehicle and he didn’t speak to us for the entire journey. To start with the driving was fine but near Geneva he didn’t seem to know where us was going. He took the wrong exit and ended up going right around the roundabout. He took another wrong turning and we had to turn round in an IKEA car park. I informed him we were flying from Terminal 2 right at the beginning and didn’t realise he had dropped us off at Terminal 1 until he had left. As I am partially disabled it was a difficult walk for us. We have used your company several times and have recommended it to anyone we know who skis to use for transfer. We were very disappointed for the first time with the service and hence the 4 atars
