We ordered 4 items. The inconvenience of having to place 4 separate orders was annoying to start with. When the first order arrived (an essentials hoodie) we were shocked to see that the logo was only half ironed on. When I contacted GOAT the return process was a hassle, so I took the chance and ironed them on myself and kept the defective merchandise. The next 2 orders arrived (both shoes) and they were fine. When our final order arrived they sent a kids medium polo jacket instead of an adult size. It took a week and no less than 6-8 emails back and forth with many pictures for them to finally agree to accept the return. Then I had to wait the week for them to receive the return for them to finally issue my refund. EXCEPT they didn't give me a refund only a lousy store credit. Why would I ever want to deal with a company that has a 50% failure rate. I'm now struggling to get an actual refund.
