The absolute worst customer service, and online experience I have ever encountered. Ordered a pair of shoes and due to the fact that the images and description were bad I found out that the shoes had a see-through tow box. When the shoes came not only was the design not to my liking the box was completely destroyed. I went through the regular process with this company for return. Received my return authorization along with directions on how to get the shoes back to GOAT. DHL was there chosen provider of logistics. I dropped the shoes off at the depot. I have video evidence of this like many of the other reviewers, my shoes were lost? DHL claims to never have received them from the depot? Over 50 emails later, I have no resolution from an inept AI lead customer service team. The live agents that I was communicating with via email only since you cannot call or no better. Not only did they continually not know the situation, despite all the emails in one chain, the many people that attended to my email, clearly have no experience with logistics nor solution orientation. They lack, decency, integrity, a moral compass, the right answers, no escalation team, no management team. I also phoned more than three times a phone number that I found. No call back no mention of my phone calls in any email correspondence from them. One of the useful idiots suggested that I let them know I was seeking compensation through my credit card. This never happened Until I had no other choice. They are not accountable, they don’t care about you and obviously their business. You look at how many bad reviews versus good. This company is Taal. To save heartburn and pain points choose to buy elsewhere.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My shoes showed as delivered but in fact never were. They have no customer service line so you have to submit a ticket. It takes months of back and forth communication with what appeared to be a robot and after months of communication they told me they submitted a claim with FedEx and it was denied so no refund would be issued. STAY AWAY. Not trustworthy and not protecting buyers.

I bought a pair of running trainers from here, and after just one run, they already started falling apart. I’ve always bought my trainers directly from Nike, and they’ve lasted me years — but this pair was clearly fake. The materials were cheap and unsafe; at one point I nearly fell over because of how poorly they were made. After speaking to their support team at length, they continued to claim they were authentic — but real Nike running shoes simply do not fall apart after one use. It’s obvious these are not genuine. Please avoid this site — save your money and buy directly from a trusted retailer. Not worth the risk.

Buyer Beware! I recently faced an incredibly frustrating situation with GOAT that left me so upset. Somehow, my order was duplicated in error, which was not my fault. When I requested a refund to my Mastercard, I was informed that it wasn't possible because the seller had already confirmed the order—despite us catching the mistake within a three-hour window. This policy is not fair because it does not give the consumer the opportunity to resolve anything within the three-hour window; the seller should allow the three-hour window to pass before fulfilling an order. I can't begin to express the headache I’ve experienced due to the charges from the duplicate order. To make matters worse, I received this message: “Once we process your return, we will refund the amount you paid for the items in GOAT Credit, less the shipping costs, the return processing fee, and any priority processing, if applicable.” I did NOT want GOAT Credit! All I wanted was my full refund, including taxes, without any deductions for shipping or processing fees. This situation has caused me an immense amount of stress. I had been a loyal customer and had referred many friends and family to GOAT—but that won’t be happening anymore!

Ordered tennis shoes that never arrived—yet the company insists they were delivered and refuses to help. No refund, no replacement, just a cold “not our problem.” Super disappointed. I trusted this brand, but now I’m just out of money with nothing to show for it. Do better. 💔👟 #CustomerServiceFail #MissingPackage

This was hands down one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the shoes I received looked NOTHING like the photos on their website. The description was completely misleading – the color, texture, and overall appearance were way off. It felt like I got a used or fake pair despite being labeled “new.” But the worst part? Their return policy is a joke. You basically have no real options if you’re not happy with your order. Refunds are in the form of a gift card and it’s not the full amount, no exchanges – just stuck with something you don’t want. They make it nearly impossible to get customer service on the line, and their response times are ridiculously slow and unhelpful when they finally do reply. You have to download their app in order to see the return option. On top of that, the shoe quality was extremely disappointing. For what I paid, I expected way better craftsmanship. Instead, I received something that felt cheaply made with pre worn creases and uncomfortable, as if it came from a bargain bin, not a supposedly reputable sneaker platform. Never again. GOAT has lost my trust, and I’d strongly advise others to stay far away.

Do not buy from them. First of all it takes 3 weeks to get shoes sent to you. By the time the shoes came they were pre-creased and clearly pre worn to spite the fact that they marketed them as brand new. Then I put them on and there’s a factory defect seam on one side of the inside of the left shoe that literally made by foot bleed. I tried to contact them about it and they don’t have a phone number 🤣. Probably because they want to avoid all the angry people they are screwing. So I emailed them about my issues. They asked for pics so I sent them. Then they asked for more pictures and more pictures. Probably sent them at least 10-15 photos. Now they just aren’t responding to me when it should have been an open and shut case. The seam on the inside of the left shoe is literally sharp and cutting a customers foot. Can I get some shoes that don’t make my foot bleed? Please? Not a lot to ask. Company is trash, product is trash. Do not buy.

Please don’t ever purchase anything from this site. I ordered shoes for my son’s birthday over a week ago and I just received an email saying they are inspecting the shoes and shipping information would be sent out afterwards…… wow, never again. I should have purchased the shoes in store

Shoes I got off GOAT did not match. They’re the same shoe but from two different pairs customer service did not care. They said they authenticated them, but they did not no way that would pass when they look totally different. Do not shop at goat

Please read this before you order from GOAT I ordered some trainers but I ordered US and not UK size I arranged to send them back 35 emails between myself and the worst customer service I have ever encountered and 72 days on I still have not received my refund I say refund Im actually getting a credit note after the postage has been taken off If you want a hassle free experience avoid this company I’m still hoping they will finally sort me out but this experience has been dreadful and would not wish it on my worst enemy

Incredibly poor basically non existent customer service .. brought trainers where the wrong size even those we researched the sizes to make we ordered the right size. Emailed consistently no help in returning trainers. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered brand new Adizero Prime X shoes (not cheap) and within 10k of mileage in the shoe - the whole disintegrated whilst running. Despite being a brand new shoe and within 15 days from purchase they refuse to assist or acknowledge that they were at fault and refused to take responsibility for the issue especially because the shoes had been barely worn and it was clearly a manufacturing fault. It was/ is clearly their responsibility to handle this incident and they blatantly refused. Harvey currently contacted the consumer ombudsman to take it further.

Please save your time and money. This company is not what they portray to be and their authentication service is non-existence. I ordered a pair of Prada shoes supposed to be brand new. They had the seller ship the item or notified me they did. They “passed” the inspection meaning they are real and accurately described in the website. It turns out to be completely fraud. They send a completely different style and size. I don’t even know if they are actually real since they came in those white storage bags instead of the nice ones you get from Prada. Also shipping address was from Hong Kong two days after notifying me the seller shipped it to them. No way everything shipped that fast. I emailed them about it and they first offered store credit. I will never shop here and will not recommend them to anyone I know. I disputed it with my card and send the shoes back to them.

I thought it was illegal to hire reviewers. Goat has paid for reviewers. How they are allowed to operate in America is mind boggling. The shoes I got were peeling off paint the moment I opened the box. An American business would be a simple return. Not Goat. No live phone representative. Only automated emails.
