“They driooed the ball my daughter wants the retro 4 for her bday well my lady told me go ahead use .y card cuz my axcount was little shy .i do then i get this email saying sale cancelled so i deposit money i to my account and make purchase i was determined my daughter means alot to me so anyway after i buy them i get email to disregard the cancellation so now i got 2 packages mind you both are addressed to wrong places they have no customer servicenumber and both packages were delivered to wrong addresses and i go to dhl the carrier and they tell me g.o.at took packages back they suspect fraud mind you im trying to deal with them through email which is super slow waste of time but not 1 did they say anything. They just stopoed responding to me so i sent them my i.d and card i made purxhase but i havent got no response i realky look like a p.o.s to my daughter thats what pisses me off most this company really sucksand overpriced i paid 240 for retro 4 and was charged 2 times ended up with nothing and they got my money i never recieved the package or my refund and i aupplied them the proof that its me my i.d and card i made purchase with no response”
“Made the human mistake of ordering the wrong size shoe for my granddaughter’s birthday. Was one day late on their 7 day return policy In my request to return the shoes for a larger size. I went to Customer Service to ask for an exception to their policy…because I still planned on buying shoes from them. They said ABSOLUTELY NOT… no exceptions… but they were happy to have me buy the larger size shoes from them and also then try and sell the small size through their platform as well… No thank you!!

“We ordered 4 items. The inconvenience of having to place 4 separate orders was annoying to start with. When the first order arrived (an essentials hoodie) we were shocked to see that the logo was only half ironed on. When I contacted GOAT the return process was a hassle, so I took the chance and ironed them on myself and kept the defective merchandise. The next 2 orders arrived (both shoes) and they were fine. When our final order arrived they sent a kids medium polo jacket instead of an adult size. It took a week and no less than 6-8 emails back and forth with many pictures for them to finally agree to accept the return. Then I had to wait the week for them to receive the return for them to finally issue my refund. EXCEPT they didn't give me a refund only a lousy store credit. Why would I ever want to deal with a company that has a 50% failure rate. I'm now struggling to get an actual refund.”
“I’ve been buying shoes on GOAT since 2019. I have around 10 pairs of sneakers that I bought exclusively through the app. I started selling clothes and sneakers online via depop/ebay/grailed/vestiare and StockX in 2024. After 7 months I’ve sold over 500 items, and have 5 star reviews across the board on the sites I sell on. In August I decided to try and sell a pair of Jordan’s via GOAT. The shoes sold within a day of being on the site, and GOAT notified me that I had 3 days from the day they were sold to confirm the order and ship the shoes. The shoes sold Wednesday night, and I had until Saturday 8/31 to ship the shoes to GOAT for verification. As I was traveling for work on Thursday and Friday, I shipped the shoes on Saturday 8/31 with UPS by 2:37 pm. The next day on Saturday I got a notification from GOAT that my sale was canceled as I had not shipped the shoes on time. I checked my UPS tracking and the shoes were labeled as shipped. I sent them the receipt of when I dropped the shoes off as well as the status from UPS thinking this would rectify whatever mistake led to my sale being canceled. Instead I was gaslit, blatantly ignored, and when my shoes arrived to GOAT they told me to pay to have my shoes sent back to me, or let them keep it for consignment (does that not sound scammy). Ultimately after refusing to help/understand that I wasn’t in the wrong I chose to have my shoes sent back to me. The sent no tracking information or any updates. My shoes are now missing after GOAT sent them back to me at my own cost. So after cancelling my order for no reason even though the shoes were shipped on time, now my sneakers are gone forever. Thanks for absolutely nothing and giving me the worst headache.”
“I ordered an item in Europe. Size was not right.
I followed the process for returning as stated on the app and website. The App told me my return label was sent to me.
I received no label and was told -only after asking on a separate email- that I will have to ship at my own cost!!!! Even thought I agreed to specific terms both when purchasing and when going through the process on the application. For info the app said that I was to incur a courier cost of $19. The actual cost of sending this item is $150, half the price of the item I bought.

“Absolutely would not recommend doing business with GOAT. If you choose to, please do so at your own risk. We were given the runaround including providing police reports and official documents and they still refuse to refund or resend the shoes. Their only stance was that DHL confirmed the package was delivered. What they didn't respond to is that DHL has a horrible delivery reputation and often times, the delivery drivers are "in" on packages getting stolen. GOAT's investigation did not include reviewing our doorbell camera footage that did not show anyone BUT the DHL delivery driver on our porch before we came home.

“Ordered shoes from GOAT. Received them after sometime waiting almost 2 weeks). Once received, the packing box was crumpled. The original shoe box was missing the top (as it listed) but the box was crushed in. The shoes were not the correct color. Wonder silver does not mean pastel green.
Attempted to return them and was told I would get only $46 credited of the $76 paid for the shoes if I returned them.
So return them and lose $30 for nothing?!?
Well, GOAT has lost a customer now. I won’t be back to deal with this nonsense again.”

Really crappy that it took 3 weeks to get the shoes, yet this company only gives you 3 days to return or exchange. They will not refund my credit card… they only give credit . no phone number or email to contact them.

“Buyer beware. They will not provide a refund for returns. Their policy is to only provide credit at goat.com. This is very archaic in that most retailers offer refunds and not credit when you provide receipt and merchandise has not been touched. Furthermore, to add insult to injury, they charge you for the price of shipping on returns. Ouch! I see no way that this company will have any kind of longevity. one last thing…no customer service phone number. There is a phone, but it is just a message telling you to submit any issues via their site email. Awful experience.”
