Made the human mistake of ordering the wrong size shoe for my granddaughter’s birthday. Was one day late on their 7 day return policy In my request to return the shoes for a larger size. I went to Customer Service to ask for an exception to their policy…because I still planned on buying shoes from them. They said ABSOLUTELY NOT… no exceptions… but they were happy to have me buy the larger size shoes from them and also then try and sell the small size through their platform as well… No thank you!!
Worst experience ever!!
