Please read this before you order from GOAT
I ordered some trainers but I ordered US and not UK size
I arranged to send them back 35 emails between myself and the worst customer service I have ever encountered and 72 days on I still have not received my refund
I say refund Im actually getting a credit note after the postage has been taken off
If you want a hassle free experience avoid this company
I’m still hoping they will finally sort me out but this experience has been dreadful and would not wish it on my worst enemy
