I have made about 6 purchases from GoCoop. In my last purchase , I got a wrong color . I am aware that pictures often give a different color shade.... but when the description says orange and you get a maroon ,it is definitely a wrong shipment . I have complained and supported the same with pictures and relevant info but there is no reply . Most good business have very few wrong deliveries .However , customer service is evident only when a wrong has to be addressed and corrected . Your Business deliveries are good but your Customer service is very very poor .
