“First the saree I ordered, they didn’t have it. They sent me one much inferior quality. On top of that the saree came with a hole right in the front border. I’ll never order from them.”

“I am really fed up . I had purchased on 30th October a saree but it’s yet to be delivered and further o don’t get any positive response from the team. Always get a simple reply that it’s in process. Would never ever buy from this platform neither would recommend”

“In the past 2 years, I have grown to respect Go Coop as an honest and caring business - that encourages weavers and artisans accross India. I have, for the most part, had excellent experience with them. They do have some challenge in terms of coordination between discounts offered and discounts applied. However, my recent order (Orissa cottons) was shuffled - the weaver sent a different saree. This does happen. However, despite alerting Go Coop a week back, despite their assurances - nothing has moved yet. Maybe they are preoccupied. But it seems a bit unprofessional”

“The site mentions easy returns and I am still trying to return for the past 2 weeks. This even when I am willing to buy another product. So absolutely no easy returns. I don't have any major complaints about the product other than some blemishes here and there (may be part of how these are made).”
