“My most recent order was not exactly perfect. The sizing guides were misleading thus I have ordered smaller sizes than normal. The shipment also takes a long time to get here. Not too crazy about that”

“I had ordered 4 sarees recently. Completely disappointed with the packing. All 4 sarees were cramped in one plastic bag. Did not expect this when you paid a good amount for the purchase of these sarees. You can use TATACLIQ as a benchmark and see how they pack goods irrespective of the value of the order. Disappointed”

“The service was good, nice packing, good delivery habit. But I am not sure the product is original Gopalpur tussar. It crumples like anything and has a voil feel about it, especially the pallu part.”

“Saree is beautiful but not handloom,but powerloom,not silk and cotton,but polyester and cotton. This quality sarees are available from the range of 500 to 900. Very disappointed with the purchase.”

“1. The return policy is very poor. A return request of mine was rejected although the reason was very valid - that I found the material not as fine as I had expected. 2. The delivery of items is very late sometimes - more than 2 weeks and in one case the item was not delivered at all although the status showed fulfilled. I am following up. These two aspects need to be improved since customer is paying good price for the products.”
