1. The return policy is very poor. A return request of mine was rejected although the reason was very valid - that I found the material not as fine as I had expected.
2. The delivery of items is very late sometimes - more than 2 weeks and in one case the item was not delivered at all although the status showed fulfilled. I am following up.
These two aspects need to be improved since customer is paying good price for the products.
